Terms and conditions:

Hirers will complete disclaimer prior to hire.
Hirers will undertake to use the boat in a proper, safe and reasonable manner and the boat will not be driven in a careless, reckless or dangerous way.
No equipment will be improperly used or handled.
No boat will carry more than the maximum number of persons that the boat is licensed to carry.
Maximum distance of hire is 3.2 km radius of ROSEBUD BOAT HIRE.
Speed limit of 5km per hour between the shoreline and the marker poles.
Children under the age of 10 years will wear a suitable life jacket at all times when in the vessel.
Cleaning fee (including squid) -$50
